Artcore Cleaning Services is a working Melbourne cleaning company — residential, end of lease, commercial, deep clean and Airbnb turnover jobs, booked and invoiced through the systems on this page every week. AWGCOR was brought on to design and build the public website, then kept on to build the operational side most agencies never touch: the database, the quote pipeline, the admin dashboard, and the invoicing platform staff use to actually run the business day to day. What's described below isn't a mockup or a pitch deck — it's the live infrastructure this site runs on right now.

How We Work

AWGCOR's relationship with Artcore didn't end at launch. As the business's needs have changed — a new service area, a missing feature, a reporting gap in the admin dashboard — the platform has changed with it. Quote requests flow into the same database the invoicing system reads from, so a lead can go from enquiry to a paid, GST-compliant invoice without ever leaving one screen. That's the standard AWGCOR builds to: fewer disconnected tools, one system that actually reflects how the business runs.
